Back then, the company was just me dipping truffles by hand in a bowl in my kitchen after work. I could not have imagined that it would become what it is today. Bellafina Chocolates are enjoyed by fans across the country and have been recognized by some pretty big names. We make more truffles in a day than I did that entire first year. We’ve been providing transitional employment to women in recovery for over a decade and stayed true to our original mission of supporting orphans and other vulnerable children by donating every dollar of profit to children’s charities. Volunteers continue to be a key part of the work we do.

While I have moved on to my next mission-driven enterprise, I am so incredibly proud of the amazing volunteers, staff, customers, and community leaders who have made Bellafina Chocolates what it is today. And most of all, I am proud of them for letting God continue to lead as the story unfolds for Bellafina Chocolates and the precious women and children that this work supports.
