At Bellafina Chocolates, we believe working together for the purpose of good has the power to transform lives and rewrite stories. That’s why our employment program works so well. When volunteers and staff from different walks of life gather to create gourmet chocolates and package beautiful gift boxes, stories are shared, valuable skills are learned, and healing happens.
Our employment program helps women overcome employment barriers in a nurturing work environment where they can acquire skills and gain confidence as they develop their own unique gifts and abilities.
We provide a structured yet flexible work environment that accommodates women’s specific needs as they recover from trauma, navigate significant life changes, and rebuild their lives.
We provide transitional employment up to 18 months, after which some of our employees may move into full-time employment and mentoring roles, while others will take their new skill set and confidently pursue work elsewhere.
