All of our truffles contain milk products and soy lecithin (an emulsifier). Some varieties contain tree nuts or peanuts and all varieties are made in a facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. All of our chocolates are gluten free. Please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Make your gift a little extra special. Email us the digital image you would like included on the lid of your truffle box. We will send you a proof for approval.
Using food-grade ink and special transfer sheets made of cocoa butter, we are able to add your photo, artwork, or logo to either our white chocolate vanilla, simply dark, or milk chocolate truffles. Each custom truffle order is unique. Contact us and a member of our team will be in touch within one business day to finalize your order.
There is a set-up fee of $40 for the first 50 truffles; $20 per each additional 50 truffles. Custom packaging is included. Regular gift box prices apply.
There is a one-time artwork set-up fee of $250 for a 1-color logo, $320 for a 2-color logo, and $400 for a 3-color logo. Custom packaging is included. Regular gift box prices apply. Please allow at least 4 weeks for initial setup.
We do not add preservatives and use fresh, high-quality ingredients in our truffles. This ensures a richer flavor and superior quality, but it means they’re best enjoyed sooner. We suggest enjoying our truffles within three weeks of receipt.
If you are storing our truffles, place them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Bring them back to room temperature for the best flavor.
Our chocolate bars and treats have a longer shelf life, with the best enjoyed date on the back of the packaging.
We ship chocolates across the continental United States using Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 2–3 days. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If you’d like your order shipped on a later date, just let us know.
In warmer temperatures (70°F or above at the shipping or delivery location), we recommend warm-weather shipping. To protect your chocolates, we’ll pack your order with reusable ice packs in insulated containers. During warm-weather months, we generally only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent packages from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Please double-check your “ship to” address. Because our chocolates are perishable, any returned packages must be opened and inspected for quality before reshipping. Additional charges will apply if an incorrect address was provided.
Our hope is you are completely satisfied. If your order does not arrive in good condition or is incorrect, please return your order within one week of receipt, including the shipping label from the outside of the original package and a letter explaining your reasons for the return and whether you’d like a replacement or refund.
